The global industry body for branded content practitioners appoints new UK Advisory Board Member

We are delighted to announce the BCMA (Branded Content Marketing Association) has appointed Mike Longden as a UK Advisory Board Member.

Mike’s brand development career spans over 20 years across ecommerce and service sectors, in both the client-side and agency environments. Passionate about brands, he founded the performance-based marketing and TV production specialist thecoalshed, in 2011.

Previously, he launched the UK’s first internet-only car insurer, elephant.co.uk, brought fame and notoriety to esure, overseeing the memorable Michael Winner “Calm Down Dear” campaign and was the first to welcome music and song to the price comparison sector, with the introduction of uSwitch’s highly successful “U gotta switch!” campaign.
