Zoë was involved in the creative development and subsequent launch of the first moonpig.com TV ad, back in 2006. She then produced a further seven Direct Response TV (DRTV) ads for this greeting card challenger brand.

Zoë and Mike’s first collaboration as the coal shed was the creative and media launch for the mobile, TV and Internet expert, broadband choices. This successful campaign delivered over one million unique visitors in the first three months. Hallelujah.

In 2000, Mike played a key role in the launch of elephant.co.uk, the first internet-only car insurance. He was also responsible for the creation of the TV ads which ran for five years. Zoë joined him on the production for this highly successful campaign.

Confused.com

Way back in 2002 when comparison sites were a new concept, Zoë’s very first TV production was the TV launch for a then unknown brand called Confused.com. Since launch, Confused.com has grown to be the fourth largest financial comparison site in the UK.

Mike worked with eHarmony in 2010 when they launched their brand in the UK. He helped plan, develop and implement the media and creative strategies. In addition, overseeing production of re-purposed US commercials for the UK and Australian markets.
Liverpool Victoria

LIVERPOOL VICTORIA

Zoë worked on three different Liverpool Victoria (LV) ‘50+’ campaigns between 2004 and 2009. Most notably the 2007 “Exhibition” campaign featuring the late, great, singer and TV personality, Cilla Black.

Experian

Zoë worked as the producer on two Experian: Credit Expert campaigns. Michael Burke headed up the 2009 campaign, his first foray into TV commercials; since his retirement from news reading and reporting.

FairFX

Zoë produced the first ever TV commercial for FairFX, the international payment and travel cash specialist, back in 2009. This performance-based Direct Response TV (DRTV) commercial was fronted by actor and comedian, Ryan Philpott.

In 2009, Mike was invited to head up and manage a brand review and repositioning project for kelkoo, the global retail website. A comprehensive research project was undertaken to understand the kelkoo brand, its market and consumers.

Mike cut his marketing teeth at the Admiral Group between 1994-1999. Joining as a graduate, he rose through the ranks to Senior Marketing Executive, responsible for Admiral’s primary lead generation and retention areas, in addition to brand management for sister company, Gladiator.

Zoe was involved in the creative development and launch of the first envirofone TV commercial in 2007. The practice of phone recycling was very much in its infancy when envirofone launched. Since then, brands such as Mazuma and Music Magpie have joined this competitive sector.

In 2013, Zoë produced a series of award winning sponsorship bumpers for consumer brand, Murine Eyes, the eye drop retailer. Simple, yet visually stunning, the creative tied closely to the crime drama programmes Murine Eyes sponsored on digital channel, alibi.

As Head of Brand and Customer Experience, Mike was brought in to harness the potential of the uSwitch brand. In 2006, he was responsible for introducing the highly successful cross media communications strategy, “U gotta switch..!”
Blue Cross for Pets

Blue Cross for Pets

In 2010, Zoë produced a tear-jerking Direct Response TV (DRTV) ad for the Blue Cross for Pets charity. Voiced by actor Robert Bathurst and with poignant music by Ben Carrigan, it aimed to highlight the thousands of animals taken in by the charity, every year.

Dettol

In 2003, no self-respecting household would be without a Dettol Easy Mop. Zoë produced an ad for the Easy Mop, the first of it’s kind, incorporating a mop and cleaning liquid in one handy device. Practical, tidy and killed 99.9% of germs. Fact.
James Villa Holidays

James Villa Holidays

Zoë has produced two TV ads for James Villa Holidays, the travel sector specialist. Both ads were created using a mixture of Spanish tourist board footage and live action footage from villas in Mallorca. Any excuse for a sunny location shoot.

National Accident Helpline

Zoë produced ten Direct Response TV (DRTV) commercials for the personal injury specialist, National Accident Helpline. Commercials featuring car crashes, forklift disasters and a variety of trips and slips. You should never underestimate the danger of plastic strapping.
Optical Express

Between 2007 and 2009, Zoë produced seven Direct Response TV (DRTV) commercials for the laser eye care specialist, Optical Express. These successful, performance based commercials, featured everyone from golfers to underwater swimmers and lots of expensive ophthalmic equipment. Obviously.
Seatwave

seatwave

Zoë was involved in the creative development and launch of the first Seatwave TV commercial back in 2010. Featuring fans of music and sport, the entire ad was filmed in one day at various locations including Craven Cottage, the Hammersmith Apollo and in a VW camper van.
